Rob has a well documented history of recruiting and hiring new talent into Special Finance that flourish, turning into long-term careers in both the dealer and lender sectors. Rob maintains 5 star relationships with such lenders as Citifinancial, Americredit, Chase, Drive Financial, Crescent Bank, and many more.

Rob has started and run several successful special finance departments in Louisiana and Texas that varied in volume from30 units to a couple hundred units per month.

Rob was trained by one of the best BDC trainers in the country and successfully developed several BDC’s that handle between 1000 to over 3000 leads per month with astonishing appointment and show rates.
